With over a decade of experience as a Rural Healthcare Clinician, Angie has demonstrated an exceptional ability to drive growth, operational excellence, and client satisfaction. She is deeply passionate about addressing staffing shortages in healthcare and ensuring that quality care is accessible to all communities. Angie Schyma holds a degree in nursing with a focus on critical care medicine.

Before founding Schyma MD Staffing, Angie worked as a Travel Neonatal Intensive Care Registered Nurse and served as CEO of Healthcare Partners Staffing, a Nursing and Allied Health Staffing firm. Her experience in these roles has given her a deep understanding of healthcare providers and Facilities' unique challenges and the importance of flexible staffing solutions.
